Terms and Conditions

- HOLIDAYS: Our annual (9 months) courses follow the academic calendar from Valencia city. The courses will start the first week in October and will finish at the end of June. At the beginning of the academic year, we will give an academic calendar to every student, with all the festivities marked, days in which the academy will be closed.

- HOURS OF CLASS: Our annual (9 months) courses have a duration of approximately 100 hours, more or less equally distributed in 3 trimesters (from October to December, from January to March and from April to June). This distribution in hours has taken into account the holidays in each trimester (also taken into account to calculate the prices).

- CHANGE OF CLASS: If a student wishes to attend class on a different schedule than his/her usual class, for a very punctual reason, because the student can't attend his/her usual class, the student will need to ask his/her teacher who, in any case, will be the one that will confirm with the teacher of the class that the student wants to attend and confirm to the student if the change is possible.

- WAYS AND DEADLINES TO PAY: Courses can be paid with card, cash or by bank transfer. Kids and teens courses can also be paid with a direct debit. Payment deadlines:
  1. Adult courses: if they are paid in 1 payment, they’ll need to be paid during the first week of class. If they are paid in 2 quotas, the first one will be paid in the first week of October and the second one during the last week in January. Exam preparation intensive courses (40h) can only be paid in 1 payment, before the course starts.
  2. Kids and teens courses: if they are paid annually, they will have to be paid before the course starts or during the first week. If you want to pay by trimesters, you’ll need to pay during the first week of each trimester (in October, January and April). If you opt to pay monthly, the payment will need to be made in between the 1st and the 5th of each month.

- MINIMUM OF STUDENTS PER GROUP: Groups will be created with 4 students minimum. The academy reserves for itself the possibility of delaying the start of a group or deciding to cancel the group if it doesn’t have a minimum of 4 students. If the number of students in a group becomes less than 4, the academy can adjust the group as it suits better: rescheduling the class or integrating those students in another group.

Returns and Credit Given

- - CREDIT GIVEN: The credit given when a student tells the academy that he/she can not longer attend a class can only be reused in group classes (not in private classes)

- - HUMANITARIAN REASONS ACCEPTED: The humanitarian reasons we will accept as valid to give credit are the following:
    1. Sickness
    2. Death of a family member
    3. Family emergency
    4. Unpredictable situations (with proof)
