English classes for children
Our English classes for children are lively, fun and dynamic. We practise speaking, listening, writing and reading in a friendly and motivating atmosphere.
We place special emphasis on speaking. So children can learn and enjoy speaking English as early in their lives as possible. This helps take away the fear of speaking English as an adult.
With our small class sizes (guaranteed maximum of ten students in each class and eight in younger learner classes), our native, qualified and experienced teachers can give more attention to your child. This leads to quicker language progress.
English classes for kids
Our aim is to improve our students' English, while at the same time giving them an enjoyable experience. In order to reach our aim we need the help of parents. In Native English Academy we think that it is important to build a relationship with the parents of our students.
We like to keep them informed about what we are doing throughout the year. We do this by having a parent teacher meeting once a year and by sending report cards home twice a year. Parents are also free to make an appointment to speak to the teacher at any time. We encourage parents to introduce English into the home on a daily basis.

Beginners (3 to 5 years)
About the course
Our English classes for beginners are fun, lively and interactive. We know it is important that your child learns to enjoy English from a young age.
During the year the teacher will introduce the children into the English language world in a fun and exciting way. In this class the children learn through singing, drawing and moving.

Level 1 (5 to 6 years)
About the course
In our English classes for children from 5 to 6 years old, we review the basics in English. Children review how to introduce themselves. They also review numbers, colours, days of the week, months, etc. We do this before we start with the book.

About the course
Children at this stage understand a lot of English and it is key to get them to speak more. Students in this class will use Richmond Young Achievers 1 book in which they will grow their vocabulary and begin to use more difficult sentence structures.

About the course
Children in this class are beginning to feel a little more comfortable with English. They can understand quite a lot and they make a good attempt to answer questions using the correct tense and structure.

About the course
This class uses Richmond Young Achievers 3 book. We introduce children to more complex vocabulary. Students encounter larger chunks of English when doing reading exercises. The listening exercises will become a little more difficult for them. This provides a good challenge for the children.

This class will use Richmond Young Achievers 4 book. At this stage children will have built up a strong foundation for their English. This book gives them the opportunity to improve the accuracy and fluency of their conversational skills with vocabulary that they are familiar with.

Listening and Speaking Skills
About the course
Our English conversation for children class improves your child's communication ability in a fun and relaxed environment. We use a variety of resources including short videos, role plays, conversation question worksheets, topical discussion material, etc. These classes are a great way to build the skills necessary to succeed in English.
Prices
- €90 per trimester or €255 for a year.
- €20 for registration. Registration includes level test (where appropriate), and all extra material for the course. Registration is free if you are already signed up in one of our other courses.
